Why does my Xbox 360 Dashboard send out a 5.1 signal but music played is actually in stereo? - best 5.1 stereo
On the edge of the 360, my receiver reads Dolby Digital 5.1 as a signal, but if you listen to music streaming from your computer or stored on the hard drive of your game in stereo.
