Can anyone give advice on toilet training my Pomeranian?
My dog is 4 months and still peeing everywhere. I train every day. Poo sometimes on paper, but he will not urinate unless he stands to pee said. and I tried to go running around the legs and bark at my feet. I put it back on paper, but not easy.
