How do you make your own town from scratch in the Sims 3? - make your own wresler
I think the opportunity to make your own town. I can only choose Sunset Valley for some reason. I know there must be a way to make their own town, with shops, buildings and houses, I can not find. Also, how the Sims really new clothes? There are no clothing stores in Sunset Valley! Thanks for the help in advance!

There is currently no way to make a new neighborhood. You can play Riverview Sunset Valley (down load)
