Install MSN.
It is likely that your Internet Explorer is configured to use ... MSN ... Make as start and when you start, has no connection to the Internet, but if IE is not in conjunction with .... msn .... Site ...
If you want to keep .... tp.msn.com like home, there's nothing you can do.
If you do not mind ... msn.com to your homepage, you can use empty your house, then you will not see the message again.
Post another question if you do not know how to empty change your home page
